The event will be held at the Soluxe Hotel Moscow (16 Wilhelma Peak St., Moscow, 129 226).

The nearest metro stations are Botanic Garden (400 m) and MCC Botanic Garden (600 m).

Special offers for booking accommodation will also be available for the participants of the event.

A wristband is issued to each event participant according to the purchased category. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to wear the wristband on your wrist during the event. After the event, you can approach the festival staff to have the wristband removed.

To verify your participation in the event, staff will check for the wristband on your right or left wrist. Wearing the wristband on your leg, carrying it with you, or any other way of wearing it besides on your wrist is prohibited and cannot be verified by the staff.

In case of loss of the wristband, you must contact an event staff member. To replace the wristband, a fee of 3 000 rubles will be required. Payment can be made on the website or via QR code. If these payment methods are not available, the organizers will offer alternative payment options tailored to your situation.

If you feel uncomfortable wearing the wristband for any reason, the staff will replace it for you free of charge.

If you remove/cut/discard the wristband without informing the staff, your ticket will be considered lost, and you will be required to pay a fine of 3 000 rubles.

Food and water may be brought during the daytime portion of the event (such as masterclasses, for example). Bringing and consuming alcohol during the daytime session is prohibited. The fine is 3 000 rubles.

Ticket refunds are possible under the following conditions:

• Until September 5, 2025, the full amount will be refunded to the bank card used for the purchase.
• From September 6, 2025, to September 11, 2025, 50% of the amount will be refunded to the bank card used for the purchase.
• After September 11, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

To transfer the ticket, you must contact the organizers no later than September 11, 2025.

In the event of cancellation of the event, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
